Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PakkOrder ("Service", "Platform"), you ("Merchant", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

PakkOrder is operated by PakkOrder (Karachi, Pakistan). These terms are effective from the date you first access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PakkOrder is a SaaS platform that automates COD (Cash on Delivery) order verification for Pakistani ecommerce merchants. When a buyer places a COD order on your connected store, PakkOrder automatically sends the buyer one WhatsApp message and one Email asking them to confirm or cancel their order.

PakkOrder integrates with Shopify stores via OAuth and processes order events in real time.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

PakkOrder is a monthly subscription service. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no payment required upfront. After the trial, billing is monthly in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4. Order Limits

Each plan includes a monthly order verification limit, which resets at the start of each billing cycle. When your order count reaches the plan limit:

• New orders will not be automatically verified by PakkOrder for the remainder of the billing cycle.
• You will receive a notification to upgrade your plan.
• Orders are not queued — they are skipped if the limit is reached.
• Upgrading your plan mid-cycle immediately restores order processing with the new limit applied pro-rata.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial on the plan selected at signup. No payment information is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Unused trial days are non-transferable and cannot be carried over.

6. Payment and Cancellation

• Billing is monthly in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee.
• Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months already in progress.
• PakkOrder reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.

7. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant using PakkOrder, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have lawfully collected your buyers' phone numbers and email addresses as part of the order process.
• Keeping your store's connection to PakkOrder active and your account credentials secure.
• Providing accurate store domain and contact information in your account settings.
• Ensuring that the product and order information sent to PakkOrder is accurate and not misleading.
• Complying with all applicable Pakistani laws, including PECA 2016, PTA regulations, and consumer protection laws.
• Not using PakkOrder to send messages to buyers for any purpose other than order verification for orders they have actually placed.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use PakkOrder to:

• Send messages to phone numbers not associated with an actual COD order on your store.
• Impersonate another business, brand, or individual.
• Send spam, promotional content, or marketing messages to buyers.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent any platform limits or security measures.
• Resell or sublicense access to PakkOrder to third parties.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

9. Termination

PakkOrder reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if you:

• Violate any of these Terms of Service.
• Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful use of the Service.
• Fail to pay subscription fees when due.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

PakkOrder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Missed or delayed verifications due to WhatsApp or Email delivery failures beyond our control.
• Buyer non-response or buyer decisions to cancel or ignore a verification message.
• Outages, downtime, or data loss caused by third-party service providers (Meta, Resend, Firebase).
• Loss of revenue, customers, or data resulting from service interruptions.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of PakkOrder is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active subscribers by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of PakkOrder after updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of PakkOrder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
